Moulins du Nil Blanc, founded by Zilipa Nyirabyago, was highlighted by The New Times as one of 20 leading Rwandan green enterprises driving circular food innovation. The feature spotlights our zero-waste mushroom value chain—processing over 70 tonnes of coffee pulp and organic waste annually to create mushroom substrate and organic compost for local farmers.
